Mary Margaret Lanning

I truly believe that mental wellness and good physical health are the most important components to everyone’s longevity. Feeling great will grow the quality of your life. As a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, I worked 15 of my 25 years as a back office nurse in a cardiologist office. There, I gained experience in many aspects of optimum health and wellness, including advising patients with diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease, high blood pressure, cardiac risk factors, and abdominal disorders on their nutrition and exercise programs for weight management, cardiac endurance, and rehabilitation.

I have been a fitness enthusiast all my life, competing in sports at all grade school levels and then into competitive bodybuilding after having two children. I know the meaning of commitment.  My passion and desire to help others with their health goals led me to become a Certified Personal Trainer in 1992. By developing an Optimum Home Workout Guide, Home Circuit Training Guide, and by using my Total Fitness Assessment Package and Computerized Diet/Exercise Analysis, I’ve been able to assist my clients in achieving overall health and wellness for years.

In addition, as a Certified Nutrition Consultant, I will set you up with the best individual nutritional requirement plan for your body’s demands.
